Between August 8 and August 12, 2024, the Missouri State Highway Patrol made a total of 17 arrests across various counties in north Missouri. These arrests were made for a variety of reasons, including driving while intoxicated, drug possession, and outstanding warrants.

Sierra S. Deane, 30, of Cameron, Missouri, was arrested on August 8, 2024, at 12:56 a.m. in Daviess County. Deane was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, no insurance, and failure to display valid plates. She was later released from Wright Memorial Hospital.

Tyron C. Mull, 56, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was taken into custody on August 8, 2024, at 1:02 p.m. in Buchanan County. Mull was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant from the St. Joseph Police Department for a building code violation. He was held at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center and is bondable.

Kenneth A. Walker, Jr., 32, of Lawrence, Kansas, was arrested on August 8, 2024, at 7:19 p.m. in Clinton County. Walker was charged as a fugitive from out of state. He was held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office with no bond.

Vincent L. Fletchall, 42, of Pattonsburg, Missouri, was arrested on August 10, 2024, at 1:30 a.m. in Harrison County. Fletchall faced multiple charges, including felony driving while intoxicated, operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license, and speeding. He was held at the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office on a 24-hour hold.

Zakaria Belkhir, 33, of Chicago, Illinois, was taken into custody on August 10, 2024, at 7:35 a.m. in Clinton County. Belkhir was arrested on a felony warrant for fraud from the Brevard County, Florida, Sheriff’s Office, and was also charged with speeding. He was held at the Clinton County Jail and is bondable.

Jennifer L. Reno, 56, of Cameron, Missouri, was arrested on August 10, 2024, at 3:35 p.m. in Clinton County. Reno was charged with driving while intoxicated and was released to Cameron Regional Medical Center.

Christopher T. Grigsby, 50, of Lawson, Missouri, was arrested on August 11, 2024, at 12:51 a.m. in Clinton County. Grigsby faced charges of first offense driving while intoxicated and a lane violation. He was held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office on a 12-hour hold.

Donald R. Greenleaf, 32, of Waseca, Minnesota, was taken into custody on August 11, 2024, at 4:04 p.m. in Harrison County. Greenleaf was charged with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, and no valid license. He was held at the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.

Amanda M. Franklin, 39, of Benson, Minnesota, was arrested on August 11, 2024, at 4:04 p.m. in Harrison County. Franklin was charged with possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held at the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.

Nadirshah Mohani, 39, of Kirksville, Missouri, was arrested on August 8, 2024, at 8:43 p.m. in Shelby County. Mohani was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving, speeding, and no seatbelt. He was released after processing.

Elvis W. Byrd, 46, of Leavenworth, Kansas, was taken into custody on August 9, 2024, at 1:10 p.m. in Linn County. Byrd was arrested for driving while suspended and speeding. He was held at the Brookfield Police Department and later released.

Michael C. Cato, 41, of Macon, Missouri, was arrested on August 9, 2024, at 11:18 p.m. in Macon County. Cato faced charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, speeding, and no insurance. He was held at the Macon County Jail and later released.

Brian M. Sammelman, 50, of Wentzville, Missouri, was arrested on August 10, 2024, at 12:52 a.m. in Adair County. Sammelman was charged with driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was held at the Adair County Jail and later released.

Nick D. Nichols, 25, of New London, Missouri, was taken into custody on August 10, 2024, at 1:25 a.m. in Ralls County. Nichols was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was held at the Ralls County Jail and later released.

Sherita P. Thompson, 38, of Hannibal, Missouri, was arrested on August 10, 2024, at 4:08 p.m. in Ralls County. Thompson faced charges of first-offense driving while intoxicated. She was held at the Ralls County Jail and later released.

Casey L. Woods, 55, of Kirksville, Missouri, was arrested on August 11, 2024, at 1:01 a.m. in Adair County. Woods was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at the Adair County Jail and later released.

Morgan L. Williams, 26, of Moberly, Missouri, was taken into custody on August 12, 2024, at 9:40 a.m. in Randolph County. Williams was arrested on two felony warrants from Randolph County. He was held at the Randolph County Jail and is bondable.
