Born April 29, 1918, she was a daughter of the late John and Fannie (Rock) Pelak. She was the owner and operator of Helen's Pizza, North Washington Street, WilkesBarre. She was orie of six children.

She was preceded in death by a brother, four sisters. Surviving are sons, Ronald, Tucson, Joseph, Shoreline, three grandchildren. Family and friends are welcome to a Requiem Service at 8 a.m. Friday in St. Stephen the Protomartyr Russian Orthodox Church, St.

Stephen's Lane, Old Forge, with the Rev. German Ciuba, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. There will be no calling hours.

Clemente of Kingston and formerly of Wilkes -Barre died Monday evening at Wilkes-Barre General Hospi- Born in Pittston, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Michaleen (Mastropaolo) Arcarola, and was former co-owner of Pat's Shoe Repair of Pittston. She was a former member of Holy Rosary Church, Wilkes Barre, and its Altar and Rosary Society.

Angela was a homemaker all her life and dedicated. to her family and friends who considered her the best cook in the Valley. She was, preceded in death by her brothers, Frank, Matthew and Michael. Arcarola; sisters, Helen Arcarola, Phyllis Cooke and Mary Dryer, great-grandson Jake Debro. Surviving are her husband of 63.

years, Patrick Kingston; daughter and son-in-law, Margherita and Sam Storti, King of Prussia; son and daughter-in-law, Patrick Jr. and Kate, Kingston; grandchildren, Patricia Martin, Susan Debro, Patrick Clemente III, Kara Clemente and Christopher Clemente; great-grandchildren, Emily, Benjamin, Matthew Martin, Gianna and Ryan Debro. Funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from the Corcoran Funeral Home, 20 S. Main Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.

Helen Domashinski November 5, 2005 R. Domashinski, a resH ident of Swoyersville, died Saturday at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. She was a beloved mother and best friend to her children. She gave her family life and they were with her as she departed this life. She was born May 22, 1923, in Swoyersville, a daughter of the late John Shady and Mary Bosak (Fabian) Shady.

Mrs. Domashinski was employed prior to her marriage at the Kingston Cigar Factory and after her marriage was a homemaker who worked part-time at various jobs, including janitorial work at Swoyersville High School and babysitting. She attended St. John's School and Swoyersville High School. She was proud to be a member of St.

Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Swoyersville, which she dearly loved. She had a great devotion to the Blessed 1 Virgin Mary. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Frank Domashinski, who passed away on Sept. 14, 1998; sisters Mary Squirlock, Anna Domashinski and Margaret Buzas; brothers John Fabian, George Shadie and Emory Shady. She was a loving mother of her children.

Surviving are a daughter, Chris Domashinski; sons, David Domashinski and Frank Dunn, all of Swoyersville; godchild, Mary Ann Kaskus, Swoyersville; sistersin-law Dorothy Shadie, Mountain Top; Eleanor Shady, Annandel, numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews; dear friends; and beloved and faithful pets. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday from the LehmanGregory Funeral Home 281 Chapel Swoyersville, with a Mass of Divine Liturgy will be at 10 a.m. in St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, 2712 Tripp Swoyersville.

The Rev. James Badeauz will officiate. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Courtdale. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m.

James Emlaw November 7, 2005 James F. Emlaw, 71, of Avoca, died Monday at the Heritage House VNA Hospice Unit in WilkesBarre after an illness. He was born in Rochester, N.Y. He was a son of the late Lawrence and Agnes. (Flaherty) Emlaw.

He was a graduate of Avoca High School, and a member of St. Mary's Church, Avoca. He was employed as a New York City firefighter most of his life and was a selfemployed tax consultant. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict.

He was a member of the Avoca VFW Post 8335, McPhillipsWiddal American Legion Post 607 and the West Side Social Club, Avoca. Survivors are his wife of 45 years, the former. Joan Kimmyelman; sons, James Jr. and his wife, Shannon, Pittston; Thomas and his wife, Jamie, Las Vegas, daughters, Donna Emlaw Boone and her husband, Michael, Avoca; Kathleen Billiet and her husband, Dennis, Gail Jackson and her husband, Phillip, a brother, Jack, Dupont; nine grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews. A brother Robert, a sister, Jean Haduck; and a granddaughter, Temara Emlaw preceded him in death.

The funeral will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. from the Ruane Regan Funeral Home, 1308 Grove Avoca, with mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Avoca, with the Rev. Phillip Sladicka officiating.

Interment, will be parish cemetery, Avoca. Joseph Bradley November 5, 2005 roseph Preston Bradley, 94, born in Plymouth, on Nov. 21, 1910, was welcomed into the arms of his Lord on Saturday, Nov.

5, 2005. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph Patrick and Verna Bradley; wives, Dilys (Davies) Bradley and Thelma (Sholder) Bradley, a brother, Leonard Bradley. He is survived by two sisters, Althea Lundau, Bradenton, Phyliss (Bradley) Jarmen; brother-in-law Richard Jarmen, St. Lucie, also three children Lynne Bradley Davies, Apalachin, N.Y.; Patricia Bradley, Valdosta, Keith Bradley, Owego, N.Y.; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Paul's Episcopal Church, 117 Main Owego, N.Y., on Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. Respects may be made one hour prior to service at the church. Margaret Wootten November 7, 2005 (Peg) Wootten of WesVillage and formerly of West Hartford Street, Ashley, died Monday at Wilkes Barre General Hospital. Born Nov. 18, 1915, in Ashley, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Jennie (Williams) Reese. She was a graduate of Ashley High School, class of 1933. She helped her husband running the Greenwood Grocery Store, Sugar Notch.

She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, Ashley, where (she was a Sunday school teacher and a member of their church choir. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, in 2003, and a sister, Isabelle Mergo. Surviving are her daughter, Esther and her husband, George Sallitt, Collegeville, grandchildren, George Sallitt, Gilbert, Susan and her husband, Jeff Roof, Camphill, great-grandson, Bryson Roof; brother Samuel Reese, Fort Myers, several nieces and nephews. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday from Mamary-Durkin Funeral Service, 59 Parrish Wilkes Barre.

You never left her home hungry. She was a voracious reader and "shopper extraordinaire." Pauline had an infectious smile and a kind word for everyone she met. She was a good person with a big heart. Pauline's parting words whenever conversing with family were always "I love you. We all love and will truly miss you.

Brodhun, 87, of MRR 2, Second Street, Laceyville, passed away Monday afternoon, Nov. 7, 2005, at the Tyler Memorial Hospital, Tunkhannock, Pa. She was born in Laceyville, on Feb. 1, 1918, a daughter of the late Harry A. (Prof.) and Matilda (Dull) Forscht.

On March 14, 1939, she married B. Paul Brodhun and they were married for 63 years until Paul passed away on March 26, 2002. Graduating from the Laceyville High School, Class of 1936, Jeanne was employed by the Grange National Bank in Laceyville, for over 25 years, retiring in 1979. She was a member of the Skinners Eddy United Methodist Church. Enjoying her retirement, Jeanne and Paul enjoyed traveling throughout the United States, where they both enjoyed golfing at many golf clubs while on their trips.

Jeanne and Paul were both members of the Shadowbrook Golf Club, Tunkhannock, Pa. Surviving are her son and his wife, Keith and Bonnie Brodhun, Laceyville; a sister and her husband, Miriam (Mim) and Joe Woolsey, Nicholson, two granddaughters, Deidri and her husband, Michael Mullican, Camptown, Denise Brodhun, Lemoyne, great-grandchildren Elizabeth Mullican, Timothy Mullican and Madeline Mullican; four nieces; one nephew. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers Harry Forscht Thomas Forscht; and Edward Forscht. In accordance with Mrs. Brodhun's wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral services.

He and his wife, the former Florence Smith, had celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary on May 29th. Born on Oct. 8, 1922, in Whites Crossing (Carbondale Township), he was a son of the late Frank Calafut and Catherine (Novobilski) Potochak.

He attended Robert Morris School, Whites Crossing. He had been employed by Endicott Johnson Shoe Forest City, and Banner Shoe Honesdale. He was a member of St. Michael's Church, Simpson. Frank was an outstanding third baseman on many local teams.

In 1946, he was given a tryout with the Philadelphia Phillies. Frank was an avid holiday decorator who took a lot of pride in his displays. His greatest love was his wife, children and grandchildren, who enjoyed spend time with. He is survived by a son, Frank and his wife, Margaret Calafut, Carbondale; two daughters, Ann Marie and her husband, Jack Ruane, Laceyville; Janice, Carbondale; two brothers, John and Edward; two sisters, Mary and Nellie; six grandchildren, Tina Ruane, Lopez; Kelly Kulsicavage, Tunkhannock; Shannon, Adam, Brandon and Ethan Calafut, Carbondale; twin great -grandchildren Hunter and Elaina Kulsicavage. He was preceded in death by a daughter Sophie Klosky.
